PARTNER UPDATE - INQUIRIES
Hi everyone,
Did you know that there is a section in Cogro where you can view the inquiries businesses are getting through the website?
Many businesses with a Free Basic Package are receiving inquiries from potential clients.
This powerful lead generation tool gives you a great 'foot in the door' opportunity to follow up with businesses, let them know you aware they are currently getting results through our system and that you'd like to set up a meeting to ensure their profile is up to date, well-optimized and that they know how to properly respond to these potential customers.
I've included instructions on how to access this list below.
Log in to Cogro and click the 'Sales' tab.
Next choose 'With Inquiries' from the left hand navigation menu.
This will display a reverse chronological list of inquires by date with the most recent inquiry at the top.
In the inquiry Type column a blue question mark icon indicates that the inquiry came through their profile contact form.
A shopping cart icon indicates an inquiry on a specific marketplace item in their online catalog. You'll also see whether the inquiry was read by the business, the business name, name of the inquirer and a short preview of the message.
If you mouse over the preview of the inquiry you'll get a pop up with an expanded view of the message.
Our corporate team of Community Advocates has been using this system for some time to great effect, and now you can use it as well.
