Colin Pape - Co-Founder & CEO  Colin's background in web development and SMB internet marketing began in the late 90s while studying Computer Science and Systems Analysis. ShopMidland.com, the original ShopCity site serving Colin's hometown of Midland, Ontario, was launched in April of 2000. Colin is intensely passionate about the roles entrepreneurs and SMBs play in society, and is dedicated to helping them use the internet as a force multiplier.
Colin enjoys spending time with Tara, reading and writing, particularly on topics related to the philosophy of freedom and personal responsibility, technology and natural health. |

Jim Terry - Co-Founder & CTO Before co-founding ShopCity, Jim was a DSP software engineer at Avid/Digidesign for 8 years where he developed and improved audio effects processing plug-ins. Prior to that Jim worked at Sequential Circuits for 8 years, creators of the first programmable music synthesizer and the company behind MIDI. Jim has a B.S. and M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from San Jose State University.
Despite his engineering background, Jim is the marketing guru who secured most of our domain portfolio including ShopNewYork.com, ShopBoston.com & ShopSF.com. |

Jeff DeBalko - Executive Chairman  Jeff is an accomplished media and Internet executive with a strong track record of leading companies through the tremendous change and growth driven by the revolution of digital media and technology. With experience in leading companies large and small, from local to global, Jeff has been called an "agent of change", leading business transformation and implementing proven strategies for driving significant revenue growth and operational excellence. Jeff has been recognized by several organizations for his leadership in digital media. Awards and recognition include MIN Magazine's "Digital Hot List", BtoB Magazine's "Top Innovator", Media Business Magazine's "Who's Who in Business Publishing" as well as induction in the "Digital Hall of Fame" by MIN Magazine.
In his spare time, Jeff enjoys traveling with his family and reading and writing about business leadership and digital transformation.

Nathan Pape - Finance & Operations Nathan brings a wealth of finance and operational management experience to ShopCity and enjoys maximizing efficiencies and leveraging resources. He is responsible for corporate finance, legal and government compliance as well as human resources. Under his guidance, the company has grown from a two-person sole proprietorship to an international corporation with more than 20 employees.
In his spare time, Nathan enjoys hiking, biking, traveling with his girlfriend Islay, and spending time outdoors. |

Rob Calvert - Technology Rob's career in the internet space also began in the late 90s helping SMBs realize the benefits of moving their marketing campaigns and business processes to the web. A self-taught system administrator, graphic designer and ActionScript programmer, Rob's knowledge of IT at both a grassroots and academic level is impressive. Prior to founding his own development company, Sugar Studio, Rob worked for a web-based CRM provider and quickly moved up the ranks to become a CIO for KPMG in the Turks & Caicos.
In his spare time Rob enjoys drawing, campfires and spending time with his son Ethan.

Nathan McCosker - Community  Hailing from Brisbane, Australia, Nathan brings more than 15 years of experience in IT project management and honed his community development skills in his past life as a rave promoter and manager. As ShopCity's resident community guru, Nathan manages our social media accounts and ensures we're connected with the people who matter most.
Nathan graduated from the Queensland University of Technology with degrees in business and law. In his spare time, Nat grows his own food and supports the local agricultural community. He enjoys music and spending time with his wife and young daughters.

Steve Outtrim - Advisor  In 1996, at the age of 23, Steve became the youngest CEO of a public company in Australia's history when his company, Sausauge Software - makers of the HotDog web editor, IPO'd. The prior record was held by Rupert Murdoch since the 1950s. At its peak, Sausage Software had more than 3 million customers in over 200 countries, with a market cap of $1.7 billion, and 1,200+ employees. Steve then founded Majitek in 2000, an enterprise software company he still directs. In 2011, he became a founding board member of charitable organization Reallocate.org.
