Why are we funneling millions of dollars into textbook production, when many of these past campaigns have only produced poor quality and material based resources. It's because we ourselves need to think outside of the box.

At BooksOverBorders.com we have a mission. First, find the thousands - if not millions - of college and university textbooks that aren't in use. It's clear that education organizations over-produce textbooks as a form of monetization - however, without a valuable buy-back or easy exchange program, there are countless students that have found it easier to keep them.

Second, make people aware that there is an oppourtunity to provide education in third-world countries without spending millions of taxpayer dollars to finance these movements. We can take these textbooks and distribute them to the millions of students and adults that WILL benefit from them. Why let them sit on our dusty bookshelves any longer?
